Why Horizontal Stripes Don’t Make You Look Fat

Why Horizontal Stripes Don't Make You Look Fat

What stripes make you look fat? None that I can think of, really!
The gurus of the fashion scene have been claiming for years that wearing horizontal stripes can make you fat and shapeless. Well I disagree!

Even Plus Size Women can wear stripes because stripes can be combined and varied in the greatest and most different ways. We were always led to believe that horizontal stripes broaden and vertical stripes lenghten our body shape. The art of wearing trendy fashion items and looking good is not what you wear so much as to how you combine the different items to suit your bodyshape.

See the Look I have created here, nobody will look fat or unproportioned wearing this outfit as I have put together a look that is not at all unflattering, whether you wear regular or large sizes.

So listen up curvy girls, if you have been asking yourself should curvy girls wear stripes, there are stripes out there for everyone. Stripes never go out of season, especially in summer, at least one horizontal or vertical striped Top is a must-have in every girls wardrobe.

So how do you wear stripes without looking like you are escaping from prison in an old movie? Personally, I would not cover myself in stripes from top to toe, it’s all about accentuating and accessorizing.
Here is the first trendy Outfit created with a Horizontal Striped Top *($18.99) perfect for women of all shapes and sizes. This Short Sleeve Tie Front Knot T-Shirt is available in XS-2XL. The Sleeve ruffles not only look totally cute but also hide that sagging skin some women over 50 might be experiencing 🙁

The Modern Classic Capri Pant  *($32.99) a favorite for the warm seasons. Pull-On Styling with no zipper or button closures ensures wearing comfort and the back yoke for a butt-lifting with smoother fit. Metallic accents at the waist and on the front belt loops. Classic Stretch Woven Fabric. Available in many colors and Petite, Regular and Plus Size Fits.

Create effortless and leisurely looks with this lightweight Double Breasted Blazer*($37.99)  worn with jeans, pants, skirts, dresses. Also available in black and brown in S-XXL.
